Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa, Patong Beach

We loved the staff and the location. The amenaties were great, we used the Gym daily which was extremely clean, the buffert breakfast was great and the thai restaurant was super deliscious. We liked to use the waterfall pool as the ocean veiw pool was always very busy and we like a more quite style! Loved the Resort shuttle as we would not have loved walking up the hill every day to our room! - They have a lounge you can use whn you check in and out and it was great to have somewhere to shower and rest before we flew out that night.

Tranquil Oasis Near Patong Beach: A Family Stay at Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa Our family recently enjoyed a stay at the Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa, nestled in the vibrant surroundings of Phuket, near Patong Beach, Thailand. Our overall experience was pleasant, with the resort offering a tranquil retreat despite its proximity to the bustling Patong area. The location of Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa, while not directly on the beach, is still convenient. Situated on the other side of a busy street from Patong Beach, it took us approximately 20 minutes to walk to the lively city center. While the location is not as central as some other options, the distance provided a welcome respite from the bustling crowds, allowing for a quieter atmosphere within the hotel premises. The hotel itself exuded a peaceful ambiance. The well-designed layout and landscaping created a serene environment that felt like a true escape. Our room was impressively spacious and efficiently organized, providing a comfortable retreat for our family. The quiet surroundings within the hotel allowed us to relax and recharge after our daily explorations. The staff at Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa were consistently friendly and attentive. From check-in to dining experiences, their warm hospitality added a personal touch to our stay. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast offerings at the resort were a highlight of our mornings. The diverse selection of dishes catered to various tastes, and the quality of the food was commendable. It provided a delightful start to our days of exploration in Phuket. The pools at the resort were a great feature. Well-maintained and surrounded by lush greenery, they provided a refreshing escape. The option to unwind by the poolside after a day of sightseeing added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay.

We have stayed previously and enjoyed so many things we came back. We like the friendly staff, the variety of foods available and the lovely view at breakfast, the 2 pools are excellent as well. Our bed was very comfortable, the view was pleasant, the lack of real noise is also a bonus. As a bonus we received 1kg free fuit of our chouce daily. We stayed in 2205 which was an excellent room for pool/shuttle/breakfast access with minimal stairs involved. While it is much smaller than our previous suite it still had everything we needed and wanted. Access to a hotel guard to assist with crossing the busy road 24/7 is also a win. It is within walking distance to Patong Beach and area in general if you have even an average level of fitness but there is easy access to tuk tuks if you can't or do not wish to walk (200 bht one way- approx $9.00 aud) you can catch a 2pm or 4pm shuttle to Patong but there is only space for 11 people in each) so book early. If you want to go to Phuket Old Town they have a shuttle there too. We required some document printing for the next leg of our holiday and the front desk staff were so helpful assisting us with this.

Everything was good, view ,the pools, breakfast, staff are friendly, rooms are clean and the room service was great, shuttle service from and to the room was quick. Definitely this resort will be my choice every time.
